To be successful in these positions, candidates should meet the qualifications listed below each job title:

PHYSIOLOGIC MODEL DEVELOPER
• BS degree or equivalent in applied mathematics, electrical or biomedical engineering. A Masters degree in a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of human physiology
• Experience with mathematical modeling of human physiology and pharmacology is preferred
• Proficiency in the use of simulation development packages such as Matlab, Mathcad, Mathematica, or Maple
• Knowledge of the METI Human Patient Simulator and experience programming in JAVA and C++ a definite plus
• Ability to communicate technical issues both verbally and in writing
• Experience estimating the scope and complexity of development tasks and projects

DIRECTOR OF GOVERNMENT SYSTEMS
• B.S. / B.A. degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of seven years related upper management experience overseeing military medical operations
• Understanding of DoD acquisition process and funding procedures
• Thorough knowledge of the military acquisition and user community
• Able to nurture and develop long term relationships
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent written communication, verbal communication, planning, organizing, decision-making, influencing, project management, and people management skills
• Skilled in project prioritizing and delegation
• Ability to work under deadlines and be accountable for results
• Strong executive presence coupled with presentation skills
• Ability to recognize market problems and develop creative solutions;
• Able to think outside of the box
• Attention to detail and quality awareness
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Possess complex program tracking skills
• Excellent math aptitude and analytical ability
• Computer literate MS Office
• Ability to sustain extensive business travel--approximately 50%
• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense Clearance
